Prayer Points for DLF Fellowship

DLF

1. For the 80,000 to 1 lakh people who work in the various companies in the DLF IT park /L&T ECC /L&T Infotech to know and accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.
2. For a revival in the DLF/IT Fields as many accept Christ  through us in our work places by believers  being a powerful witness in the work place through our holy life ,kindness ,actions and words
3. For many people to join the smaller prayer groups which are functioning throughout the DLF
4. For many people to come to be aware of these fellowships happening in DLF
5. For the people who work in IT Companies facing work problems, recession issues, depression, suicidal thoughts, dowry issues, family issues, who are in bench and having no projects.
6. For the people who lost their jobs in the IT field to get good jobs
7. For the people who are sick and who are suffering from serious diseases.
8. For the people who are addicted to smoking, drinking, western life styles like live in relationships etc.

Fellowship

1. For us to have a good place for continuing to worship  within DLF or in the church
2. For the leaders, elders of the fellowship to be anointed and  led by the Spirit of Lord
3. For all the plans retreats that are being taken by the fellowship to be done according to His will.
4. For the oneness of mind among the volunteers and leaders of the fellowship
5. For binding the evil forces against the volunteers, leaders elders and all the members
6. For the people who had shown interest to attend the fellowship during Christmas programme to join.
7. For many who come once in a while and who are in the mailing list but not attending the fellowship to be able to come regularly and strengthened in Lord.
8. For the speakers, external speakers who are sharing the word.
9. For the worship team and worship leaders
10. For the each of the fellowship members to join the smaller prayers groups and grow spiritually.
11. For fellowship members to spend quality time with Lord in the early morning in praise, prayer &word
12. For the new fellowship members who are coming to the fellowship get connected and come regularly.
13. For members to spend more time in reading the bible diligently and live according to the word.
14. For fellowship members to lead a holy life in all circumstances.
15. For fellowship members to free from addiction to pornography ,tv, face book, lustful desires etc
16. For fellowship members to be filled with burden to bring many to Christ and make them disciples.
17. For fellowship members to bring their friends, colleagues, managers and project team to the fellowship.
18. For finances that needs to be collected for paying the church regularly.

Hearing the way the Lord has been working in the life of Br. Sunil has enriched our faith on God this day. After prolonged denial of accepting God in his life, He has almost reached the death bed, with peeling skins and worm filled body where nobody was willing to get near Him, not even his own relatives. But when Brother Sunil opened up his heart for God, Lord Jesus miraculously healed him from his very wounds and changed his dying condition.

Witnessing the mighty hand of Jesus in his life, he rendered himself completely in serving the Lord and is now ministering at UP. With much burden he shared the challenges which is faced in taking the gospel to the multitudes in the North. They were beaten up and put behind bars, but all this has brought more Glory to the name of Jesus and has set so many free.

I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. John 12:24

This say day if we also surrender our lives unto Jesus, surely we will also produce fruits in the Garden of Life as it is said in John 12:24. There is no resurrection needed for a person who is already living. Resurrection is only for the one who is dead. Hence, if we die in our 'self', then Jesus will start living in us. Step out like Peter, who said Lord if it is you let me also walk on the water. Only then we can experience our Lord's hand holding us and building our faith in Him. If we seriously love Him we will surely end up in following His Words and His Ways, thereby becoming His Disciples. The Truth will surely set us free from all the bondages. No man, No place, No powers, No weakness, No blind reasons can bind you, since Jesus has set you free. "Come, Follow Me" says Jesus.

"If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." John 8:31,32

"Lord, if it's you," Peter replied, "tell me to come to you on the water." Mathew 14:28

"Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men." Mathew 4:19

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD. Isaiah 55:8

God has a greater plan devised for us. We are blessed and have been saved with a purpose. Our thoughts are not His thoughts, hence let us sit and listen to the voice of the Lord. It is difficult to deny ourselves and take the cross, but for the Love of the Lord we are called to do this with much delight. There are so many of them, who have not tasted the real God, Jesus who is loving them. Also, so many who have tasted the love have not shared it with anyone yet. There is not much difference between both, if we don't decide to yield our lives to God as pleasing and living sacrifices. Hence let us decide to take a bold step in Christ Jesus, and ‘Follow Him’ with all our heart, all our mind, all our strength and all our soul. Let us demonstrate the Love we have for Him, by putting ourselves in action. Amen

There was a time when the house of Israel was grumbling against the selection of Aaron for the ministry in the Tabernacle. A test was put then to identify whether God really intended Aaron to be part of the ministry with Moses. They kept 12 dead staff, each representing one tribe of Israel, inside the Tent of Meeting. Lord declared that the Staff which belong to the man he chooses will sprout as a sign of his selection.

Likewise today if you think that it to be the end of all things in your life, then God is talking to you in particular. You could have left all your hope but the Lord wants to give life to your dead situation. As the dead staff which was kept inside the Tent of Meeting was given a new life by the Lord, today you will also face a new beginning, a new hope and a new direction in your life.

The staff belonging to the man I choose will sprout.. Numbers 17:5

The next day Moses entered the Tent of the Testimony and saw that Aaron's staff, which represented the house of Levi, had not only sprouted but had budded, blossomed and produced almonds. Numbers 17:8

The verse states that the next day when Moses entered the Tent of the Testimony he witnessed the dead staff not only sprouted but had budded, blossomed and produced almonds. Well there are three key things which grabs our attention in this place.

1.     Source

2.     Time

3.     Darkness

Source : As we all know that for a plant to grow, it needs sunlight, water and so on. But the staff of Aaron had started to sprout the very night where there was no sunlight and water. It not only sprouted, but bear fruits. Today you could think that a good language, academic background, contacts with influential people, money to be the basic source for you to grow. But the Lord says that He, Himself will be the source and will do a miracle in your life. As everyone around is watching, God will make you stand as a witness for this one. Your life will spring with all goodness with just God being the source.

Time : An almond tree takes nine months to bear fruit but in contrary to this the Staff of Aaron sprouted in a single night and bear fruits. May be it has been delayed for years together in your life, but when the right time of the Lord has come, it is going to happen within seconds and minutes. Hence, hold until that right time for your situations to be changed by the Lord. If the Lord can make the staff sprout within a night, He will also surely bring a change in our life as well. Therefore let us wait until such time, till the Lord's hand does the miracle.

Darkness : Darkness is called as a time of Testing and a Time to prove our faith in God and also understand that the darkness is allowed by God. Darkness also reveals you to great mysteries which is hidden with it as a night sky reveals the stars in it. Just meditate on the fact of how planet earth is standing on a void space, this will surely increase your faith in the Lord. He is our solid concrete in whom we can put all our trust at all times. Through this time of pain and suffering in your life, you are going to discover the Glory of Lord working amidst you. Some might say that darkness is not the plan of God and nothing good will happen in the darkness, but understand it is through this times of darkness God wants to shape and mould you in to his mighty servant.

Remember, God is our real source and in His time He will surely make us triumph over all tough situations. All dead things will have a new beginning in the house of the Lord. Rejoice. Amen

We all know that ‘Grace’ is the unconditional favor from God and ‘Mercy’ is the divine forgiveness received from God, that we do not deserve. But today the Spirit of the Lord, urges us to mediate on His Divine Grace, which is falsely preached in most of the churches. Most of the Churches follow the 'Word of Faith Movement' which preaches on just Believing the word of God and having things accomplished. It shares teachings with prosperity theology, but they are not the same thing. We need to carefully discern in Spirit the activities which are taking place in the Church. Nowadays the churches are packed with events, celebrations, prayer camps and busy ministry works, but without involving God in it.

"As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our sinful nature and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature objects of wrath. But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions, it is by grace you have been saved.

And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast." Eph 2:2-9

God is more interested in you and not in what you do. He does not care if you write, preach or do any great work, but your personal fellowship with Him does matter to Him a lot. This is given greater attention by God. Stephen of the early apostolic age was filled by the Spirit of the God which made Him to preach an amazing end-to-end gospel. He was called to serve tables, but the Spirit of the Lord moved in him so strongly that he ended up delivering the message of God to a great crowd, which would soon stone Him to death.

"I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication." Zechariah 12:10

Yes, that is referred to as the Spirit of Grace which moves every person of the present age to do greater things for Christ. If we who have tasted such great Grace from the Lord, keep ourselves quiet then we are not filled by His Spirit yet. If we are still bothered about our own house, prosperity and well-being then the purpose of Christ's grace is not achieved.

Riches of His Grace expressed to us in Christ Jesus moves us to care more for our brethren and reach for all the souls which is spread across the world. Whatever we have today in our life is by His complete Grace. Hence, if there is something which is deceiving us in not caring for our loved ones to have the Amazing Grace of Christ shared, let us be more vigilant about it and pray earnestly.

"For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good. These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you." Titus 2:11-15

Stop yourself from getting involved in ungodly things such as addiction to face-book, YouTube or any other social networking sites. Try to spend more time in knowing Christ better every day. Let our hearts long for our Master, as a bride would wait upon to see His Master. Have our hearts ever longed to see the coming of the Lord or are we still glued to the riches of this world? Church wake up, 'You' are the Church, the Spirit of the Lord wants to use you today to make the message of Gospel reach to the ends of the earth.
